Growing up in a family involved in property development in Iran, after Rachel immigrated to Vancouver, it was a natural path for her to become a real estate agent. Rachel obtained her real estate licence in 1999 and became one of Vancouver’s top realtors.

 After selling thousands of homes during over a decade in real estate, Rachel decided to further her education in law and she became a lawyer. Being passionate about real estate sales, after practicing real estate, construction and corporate law for few years, Rachel decided to become a full-time residential and commercial realtor again. Rachel has negotiated complex deals in real estate with buyers, sellers, mortgage brokers, realtors and lawyers. She has extensive knowledge of real estate including but not limited to evaluation, location and marketing. Rachel has excellent negotiations and unique techniques. Her education in engineering and law school as well as her over two decades of experience as a realtor and real estate lawyer provides her with valuable sets of skills and knowledge enabling her to best assist her clients. Rachel was one of the first realtors in Vancouver who started assignment of contracts many years ago when few other realtors were doing that. ​During her 26 years in Vancouver, Rachel has gained a great deal of business, construction and real estate experience. Rachel has developed great respect for different cultures having travelled to 30 different countries. In her spare time Rachel enjoys trying gourmet foods, biking, skiing and working out. Rachel is fluent in Farsi (Persian).
